Dinner was: a zucchini, ham and swiss frittata with boiled green beans alongside. Also, a simple salad. I combined the tomatoes and cucumbers with thin slices of Vidalia onion and gave them an improvised version of the Greek Dressing treatment a la Nigella in her book Forever Summer. Some of the dressing got on the beans and made them extra delicious too.
