Stash Enhancement
I just love the color of this discontinued Rowan summer tweed yarn 501-Lilac. I decided to buy some today while it is still available even without a specific pattern in mind. I'd like to use it for a v-neck sweater, but need to find just the right pattern. I'm thinking it should be slightly tailored at the waist and maybe have some eyelets/lace on the cuffs.

That is a beautiful color. I love the look of Rowan Summer Tweed too and made a sleeveless cabled shell a few summers back, in blue. It is not the softest yarn next to the skin, but even for picky me it is bearable. Looking forward to what you will make with it.
The lavender is so spring like and will be fun to knit when we feel the first wisps of warm air. I hope you find a pattern soon for it! I'll keep looking for V-necks that might be good.
