Opinions, Please!

Next time, I will start with the sleeves. When I got Louisa's suggestion, I'd already knit the body section to the start of the hearts, so I just carried on...with 15 bobbins!!!

With some blocking, and the argyle duplicate stitches, I think these will look great! But the outside seems to look nice each time I've swatched regardless of how I've carried the stitches on the back.

Here's the back...I certainly was consistent...but is it done right?

I'd love your opinions and/or reassurance before I weave in those ends and continue!

Ahhh, 15 bobbins: it's my nightmare!! But your knitting is so lovely and even and your carrying across the back very consistent. The body looks great!!

I don't see big gaping holes between color changes so you're more successful than I've been when doing the same thing... look forward to seeing the completed project!

That looks really great. I haven't really played around with colorwork too much, but to me this looks A-mazing! Good job!

I've not tried this before, so I'm afraid I can't offer an opinion. I do agree with anonymous that as long as you don't have the big gaping holes, you should be fine!

I'm wanting to get out a Louisa pattern...can you believe it's a year ago already that we bought her yarn together?!

Thank you so much for the optimism! I have continued on and am making good progress to share with you soon.

Knitseashore, I know, it's hard to believe it's been a year since we went looking for Louisa Harding yarns. I think I got Thalia on that trip? I've used 1 sweaters worth of it so far.

The yarn for Marmalade came from a Knits in the City order last October! I love the Queen of Hearts book and think the patterns will stay in style, so it's ok if it takes me awhile to get to them!

wonderful. I like it. I'm really bad at knitting and I admire your skills.
