Issue 80 of Everyday Food magazine arrived in the mail recently and I've already tried a new recipe and have to recommend it. It is: New Potatoes with Ranch Dressing. They are a perfect, cooling contrast for the Sriracha-Glazed Chicken we love from Issue 79.
I used fat free buttermilk and fat free sour cream and it worked great. For herbs, I added chives and parsley. Unfortunately the recipe is not online yet, but you can look for it in the magazine.

Oh Sarah that looks yummy. I'm definitely going to try that seeing as I am always on the look out for new recipes!
It does look exceedingly delicious!! I think it is great that you cook things from your recipe books.
