I ended up doing a little holiday shopping the day before Halloween this year. Jeff and I went to the shopping village in Mystic, CT, for some wandering around outside and browsing. I almost didn't even go into the xmas ornament store, but after was so glad I did! I love the ornaments I found and can't wait to put them on the tree this year.
This little pinata is incredibly sparkly, bright and cute in person! My photo doesn't do it justice.

Oh what lovely ornaments. I live the little donkey. Every year the ABC plays Bing Crosby reading The Little Donkey story on Christmas morning. I love it, I still listen every year!!

I try to get at least one new ornament to put on the tree each year. (Most years it ends up being more than one ornament, though.) Guess I should start looking for this year's new one!
